Pricing Information

When pricing a cake, the following factors are taken into account:

• Flavours
• Size of serves and number of guests
• Number of tiers
• Number of dimensions
• Structural complexity
• Edible imaging
• Fresh flowers
• Sugar flowers
• Handmade figurines
• Other toppers
• Custom design vs supplied images / drawings

All cakes are individually designed and priced.

For the brackets, given the number of factors and the permutations, it is very difficult to define discrete brackets. A small 6” cake with a lot of toppers will cost more than a standard 12” slab, even trying to divide up by size is difficult as the real cost driver can be the figurines or the complexity of the structure

Delivery

Please note that I only deliver. For your piece of mind, I provide a safe, professional
delivery service. I offer free delivery for those in the 10km radius from
Jerrabomberra. Deliveries for those outside 10km radius from Jerrabomberra start
from $10 depending on distance.

Please consider that specialty cakes are heavy, and according to your design, may
need extra care while being delivered. They can be easily damaged if not delivered
properly.

Deposit & Final Payment

A Minimum of $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining amount
will need to be paid at least 3 days prior to delivery, Or paid by credit card on delivery.

Methods of payment

• Direct Bank Deposit
• Credit Card Visa, Mastercard and American Express on delivery only

In case of a short notice order (up to 14 days prior event) a non refundable 50%
deposit will need to be placed. The remaining 50% will need to be paid at least 3 days
prior delivery. May incur a rush fee.

A quote does not guarantee the availability for any particular event date unless a
deposit has been paid to secure your spot

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will be fully refunded only if you
cancel within 7 days from the date the order was placed. After this time the deposit
will not be refunded. For short notice orders (up to 14 days prior to the event) the
deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.

Why the time requirements

All cake creations are made fresh and specifically for you and your individual needs.
Some cakes require more time for planning & design, to customize it to your specific
requirements. Some designs have decorative elements that need to be made in
advance and given time to dry.

Wedding Cakes

I recommend getting in touch at least 3-6 months in advance of your special day.

Birthday and special occasion cakes

I recommend a minimum 4 weeks notice.

Hand carved novelty and 3D sculpture cakes

Examples – Replica cars, trucks, soccer balls, team jerseys, handbags, bust 3D cakes,
I recommend as much notice as possible as these edible works of art can take days
to shape, sculpt and finish.

I highly recommend as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
